My Take
I like this system because it takes a different approach to back pain. It is developed by a physician who has spent the last 9 years researching all about back pain. He also works at the very respectable Healthy Back Institute.
This is a whole body system, and it is recommended that you don’t do any other forms of exercising for the first 2 weeks of the program. I like this because it helps you determine if the program will really work, but at the same time it also means that it will only work for those people who are willing to implement each and every step.
